It’s weird and borderline icky. Pop culture liberal Lena Dunham, star of the television series “Girls,” wrote a book. It included an odd story about how she bribed her little sister with candy in exchange for kisses.
“Basically, anything a sexual predator might do to woo a small suburban girl I was trying,” she wrote.
Some people (“conservatives,” she says), understandably so, read that with a big “WTH” caption above their heads. Is she saying that she molested her little sister?
That produced a series of tweets from Ms. Dunham that only deepened the ick-factor about the story of her relationship with her sister.
She tweeted: “And by the way, if you were a little kid and never looked at another little kid’s vagina, well, congrats to you.”
Enough, Ms. Dunham. Enough.
