Lennar offers special financing for homebuyers at Willows

Lennar is offering special financing through Universal American Mortgage Co. at its Willows in Henderson, which is nearly sold out, and its neighborhoods throughout the valley.

“Everything is already upgraded, all you have to do is move in,” said sales agent Evan Jung. “With the final homes remaining during this closeout, including the model homes, this is the last opportunity to own a new luxury home at the Willows.”

The Willows community presents four floor plans offering homebuyers 1,847 to 2,525, square feet with as many as five bedrooms, up to four baths with two-car garages.
