Lennar unveils redesigned website

Lennar recently launched its newly redesigned website at Lennar.com/LasVegas.
Besides a new look, the website now has enhanced functionality and is simplified so customers can find more information.
"The new site is very exciting for Lennar and our customers," said Jennifer Farage, Internet new-home consultant. "The site takes you through the steps of shopping, buying and owning your new home. Not only do we help you through the home-buying process, but Lennar.com is also a source of information for maintaining your home; helping to make the entire home-owning experience an enjoyable one."
Lennar recently introduced Everything's Included homes throughout its communities in Las Vegas and felt it was the ideal time to refresh the website.
"The Everything's Included program and Lennar.com are both built to help make the home-buying process as enjoyable as possible. They give peace of mind that not only are you getting the most desirable brand-new features in your home, but you also have all the tools you need to maintain it," said Farage.
The Chat Now feature on the site allows customers to chat with one of the builder's Internet new-home consultants directly.
"Homebuyers tell me they absolutely love how simple it is to contact us as they search for information on a new Lennar home," said Farage, adding that you can chat, call or email to ask questions, get directions or set up an appointment to tour a home.
Home shoppers will also benefit from Lennar Rewards that offers discounts and special offers from several merchant partners. A variety of products and services include home services, home improvement, consumer electronics and goods, retail banking, financial services and much more.
"Easy access to all of these are extremely useful to customers, regardless of where they are in the home-buying process, whether working to sell their existing home or enhancing their new home," said Ruth Alvarez, Internet new-home consultant.
Lennar homeowners will have access to a special part of the website called My Lennar, which allows homeowners to change their address with the postal service, arrange for TV, Internet and phone services before moving in, connect with local utility providers and even send personalized e-cards featuring their home -- perfect for house warmings and celebrations.
Lennar invites everyone to check out its website and take virtual tours, see pictures, floor plans, home-care tips, and a complete home-care checklist specifically created for the desert homebuyer.
Lennar's social-media pages are also a source of information and consumers are encouraged to become one of Lennar's Facebook followers for the most up-to-date information on promotions and events.
