Lincoln Mercury sales staff has decades of experience

The Findlay Lincoln Mercury sales staff includes 15 members who have decades of combined experience.

The senior member of the team is Donald Lewis, who has been with company for the past 18 years.

"I started with the dealership in January of 1992 and have been there ever since," said Lewis, who has lived in Las Vegas for 29 years. "I actually started selling cars in August of 1974 at the age of 21. I stayed in the business because I get a great thrill out of selling a car. I love being around cars and people and really enjoy being around my customers. In fact, I am now selling cars to second-generation customers. A sales consultant just needs to be honest and stay in touch with his or her customers."

Luette Loop has been buying cars from the dealership since 1982.

"They have a great staff and they are very honest," said Loop, a resident of Las Vegas since 1962 and a company customer since purchasing a used Chevrolet in 1982. "Since then, I have bought cars for my two kids, two for my mother and I have purchased five cars for myself. I can go anywhere, but I love shopping here. There is always great follow-up in all departments including service, sales and finance."

Others members of the dealership's sales department include Jerome Aginone, Tony Lopez, Clifton Smith, Amber Corby, Bahram Yahyavi, Steve Cardinale, Thurman King, Silas Walker, Joe Giannelli, Bill Bennett, Chris Rodriguez and Jason Clouse.

"I have been with the company for six years," said King, a native of Oklahoma City. "The product is one that I believe in and the organization has been more than fair. I have had offers to join other dealerships and other models and I stay here because I like the vision of the General Manager Nathan Findlay."

Cardinale, who moved to Las Vegas from northwest Indiana in 2002, joined the local Lincoln Mercury dealership as soon as he moved to Las Vegas.

"I enjoy selling something that I believe in," said Cardinale, who is master certified as an Internet sales specialist. "It's a great product and a great environment. You must believe in what you're selling and our cars are the best. They are beautiful cars."

Corby is the staff's only female sales consultant. She has been in the car business for six years.

"I like the company and I love the product," said Corby, who drives a Lincoln Navigator. "I love people and the car business is fascinating."

Findlay lauds his sales staff adding, "We have very qualified and mature sales consultants. In many cases our customers have worked closely with our sales consultants for many years, and that is a tribute to the quality of people we have at this dealership."

Findlay Lincoln Mercury is the top Lincoln Mercury dealership in the Phoenix region which includes Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico.
