Mira Villa has sold nearly half of its last luxury condos

Since the March 1 release of Mira Villa’s last group of 44 condominiums, 21 homes have already been sold or are under contract, according to company officials.

Overall, sales at Mira Villa, now total $29 million. More than $3.5 million in reservations alone were secured for the second and final release, company officials said.

“I understood potential buyers’ trepidation in the past,” said Tera Anderson, who is the development’s listing broker and its director of sales at Mira Villa, “but those slow to realize that Mira Villa offers tremendous value and super stability, in addition to a highly desirable lifestyle, will simply miss the boat — just look at the facts.”

Anderson points out that Mira Villa has no foreclosures or short sales, which equates to consistent comps and predictable pricing. And, 75 percent of the condominiums are owner-occupied, which creates a stable HOA and a thriving community, she added.

In addition, the community has earned a stamp of approval from Fannie Mae and Veterans Affairs.

“Many potential buyers in Las Vegas are still under the mistaken impression that an abundance of inventory will be available well into the future,” Anderson said.

“The truth is real estate inventories of this quality are swiftly dwindling and now with Mira Villa’s final inventory release, people are realizing that the opportunity to own the property of their choice may pass them by if they don’t act quickly.”

The gated, luxury condominium community is located 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip in the heart of Summerlin. It is near championship golf courses, parks and trails, schools and easy access to Summerlin Parkway and Interstate 15.
