New year: new look

This month, Dunhill Homes debuts 12 brand-new floor plans at its Rhodes Ranch master plan in southwest Las Vegas. The homes range from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with pricing starting in the $100,000s.

Nine of the plans are shown as model homes and are available for preview.

"Grand opening pricing has just been released," said Taylor Smith, sales associate for Dunhill Homes.

Dunhill Homes will host a grand opening event Feb. 12 and 13, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Rhodes Ranch. The free event will feature food from the popular Slidin' Thru gourmet burger slider truck, along with a special "Dunhill Doosie" burger created just for the occasion.

"Mark your calendars, because this is one event you won't want to miss," said Smith.

Scheduled activities during the grand opening include cooking demonstrations, landscape consultations, product demonstrations and a drawing for two Apple iPads.

"We are thrilled to debut these beautiful and functional new plans at a time when most new-home builders aren't offering any new designs," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Dunhill Homes.

"We knew it was the right time to update our designs and provide new-home buyers what they really need for the way they live now."

With the new plans, Dunhill Homes offers several options that vary per plan. Some include downstairs guest suites, gourmet kitchens, additional storage areas, additional bedrooms and different office space configurations.

Both single- and two-story homes are available in these new home designs.

The homes offer open space, great rooms and oversized kitchens.

Most include Dunhill Homes' unique signature valet, an area near the front door or garage that has hooks for coats, cabinets for mail and shoes and seating benches.

"We were thrilled to work with one of the country's top architects to design new floor plans that meet the needs of how people live now," Soucie said. "The way we live in our homes evolves all the time and Dunhill Homes wants to be in step with flexibility and livability our homeowners need."

According to Soucie, the new designs were heavily focused on modern designs and smart use of each home's spaces.

"We have taken care to design homes that maximize space and value within those spaces," said Soucie.

"Rhodes Ranch was already the best value for floor plans and amenities in southwest Las Vegas. Coupled with these incredible new designs, there is no better place to call home than here."

Nine of Dunhill's 12 new floor plans will be shown as models in three series at Rhodes Ranch.

The Monterey series includes plans ranging from 1,532 to 2,229 square feet. The Brighton series plans range from 1,838 to 2,846 square feet and the Geneva series ranges from 2,173 to 3,649 square feet.

Dunhill Homes is developing two award-winning masterplanned communities in Southern Nevada. Rhodes Ranch, located in the southwest, and Tuscany Village in Henderson both offer guard-gated communities with affordable luxury amenities.

Dunhill Homes offers residents of its Rhodes Ranch community a 35,000-square-foot recreation center, award-winning golf course, community water park and miles of walking trails.

The award-winning Rhodes Ranch Golf Club was designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson. The par-72 course was named a "Best Value" by Vegas Golfer magazine.

Rhodes Ranch by Dunhill Homes offers one- and two-story new homes ranging from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting in the 100,000s.
