Geotechnical & Environmental Services Inc. named Stoney Mather project engineer for the Las Vegas office.
FINANCE
Nevada State Bank named Ryan Ragland vice president. Ragland will oversee all areas of professional banking services. The bank also named Randy Boesch executive vice president and director of private banking. He will serve as a member of the executive management committee, and oversee The Private Bank by Nevada State Bank and the professional banking team.
Clark County Credit Union named Matthew Rojas information systems developer. Rojas will be working with the company’s technology department on development of new products for members.

Chris Fleharty joined Liberty Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration as head of corporate building services and controls sales.

Attorneys Dawn M. Cica and Tara H. Popova have joined Fox Rothschild LLP. Cica joined the firm’s financial restructuring and bankruptcy practice group, while Popova is a member of the litigation practice group.

Vegas PBS appointed Lourdes Esparza to bilingual receptionist for the station’s workforce training and economic development department, which offers Global Online Advanced Learning, an online education opportunity designed for entry, certification and advancement in today’s workplace.
The Glenn Group, a statewide marketing and innovation firm, brought home a total of 45 statewide ADDYs during the local and regional 2014 American Advertising Federation (AAF) ADDY® Awards. Of the statewide ADDYs collected,15 were recognized regionally.
RETAIL
General Growth Properties Inc. appointed Mark Thorsen to general manager of Meadows Mall. Thorsen is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the nearly 1 million-square-foot suburban shopping center with more than 140 stores.
The Howard Hughes Corp. hired Andrew Ciarrocchi, senior general manager; Kimberly Esparza, assistant general manager; and Vicki Rousseau, marketing director, for The Shops at Summerlin, the 106-acre, 1.6 million-square-foot development which will house more than 125 stores and restaurants in the heart of Summerlin. Ciarrocchi will oversee the management team and all daily operations, budgets, financial reporting and standards for the property. Esparza will assist Ciarrocchi in the day-to-day operations of the shopping center. Rousseau will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts.
