AET Environmental named Edward J. Domanico environmental affairs director. He directs AET’s regional strategic marketing policies and works to expand the company’s operating capability throughout the state and in the region.
FINANCE
Clark County Credit Union named Ivonne Storlazzi underwriter. In this capacity, Storlazzi will be working with the company’s real estate division on new mortgages.
Members Auto Brokerage, a subsidiary of Clark County Credit Union, welcomed Julie Goe as sales representative. She previously worked for seven years in Clark County Credit Union’s loan department.
HOSPITALITY
Van Fletcher, banquet food server at the LVH – Las Vegas for more than 43 years, was named “Hospitality Hero” by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
The South Point Arena and Equestrian Center promoted David Russo to director of operations and hired Staci Shute as events manager in preparation for the opening of the property’s new multimillion-dollar Priefert Pavilion, featuring two state-of-the art arenas scheduled to open early this summer.
LAW
Kolesar & Leatham welcomed attorneys Richard Hy and Michael R. McNerny. Hy joins the firm’s civil litigation practice with an emphasis in insurance defense, commercial disputes and construction law. McNerny concentrates his practice in all types of real estate transactions, land use/zoning, gaming, and other areas of state and local government law.
John L. Krieger joined Gordon Silver as a shareholder in the firm’s Las Vegas office. Krieger will be a member of the intellectual property, entertainment and sports, and Internet gaming practice groups.
Bruce Alverson, managing partner at Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders, was appointed as the chairman of the National Moot Court Competition Committee by the American College of Trial Lawyers.

The Ferraro Group hired Laura Carroll as an account executive. Carroll’s responsibilities include overseeing public relations efforts, creating strategic public relations plans and developing and overseeing social media and marketing campaigns. For the past nine years, Carroll worked as a reporter for Stephens Media Group, most recently at the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Las Vegas Business Press.

Robert J. Sibulkin joined the Shapiro and Sher team. Sibulkin has 17 years of experience in Las Vegas’ luxury real estate market. With strong sales and closing skills, he has represented clients ranging from local government, casino executives and Hollywood celebrities.

Technovation Solutions named Karen Stewart general manager. Stewart comes to Technovation Solutions with 25 years of experience in the hospitality automation industry. She will introduce new partners and hoteliers to the center and lead operations and customer service.
