Pediatric care provider Candace Moore has joined the department of pediatrics at HealthCare Partners Medical Group. Moore has served as a physician assistant in Southern Nevada for the past seven years.
Surgical Weight Control Center welcomed Quang T. Nguyen to the team as the lead of the medical weight loss program. Nguyen is board-certified in internal medicine, hypertension and endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism.

Public relations firm Virgen Inc. named James Russell creative director. Russell oversees the firm’s art department.

Richard J. Morgan, of counsel with Lionel Sawyer & Collins, has been named Volunteer of the Year by the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Morgan was nominated by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada for his work as co-chairman of the Capital Campaign.
