Pardee Homes offers financial incentives

As the last Nevada Trails master-planned community get closer to build-out, Pardee Homes is offering extra incentives on the final nine homes in the Ashwood neighborhood, according to Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

"Special financing will be available, as well as close-out incentives that are above and beyond Pardee's already extensive standard package on these final Ashwood homes," Tuvell said.

"Nevada Trails is one of Pardee's most popular master plans, and this will be the last chance for families to choose a spacious home in a well-established southwest Las Vegas location that is close to new shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals and schools," he said.

The final Ashwood homes feature selected options that include upgraded flooring, double oven, designer-selected interior paint, gas barbecue stub and prewiring for ceiling fans. This is in addition to Pardee's standard package that includes slab granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, beech cabinets, kitchen recycle center, stainless steel kitchen sink, radiant-barrier and soft-water loop.

According to Tuvell, there are a limited number of homes under construction on large cul-de-sac home sites that are scheduled for completion in June.

All of Pardee's newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to company officials.

Pardee Homes' Nevada Trails offers 23 acres of parks and trails, including access to Nevada Trails Park, a 10-acre park developed by Pardee in cooperation with the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department.

Nevada Trails Park includes basketball and tennis courts, tot lot, playing fields, exercise track and picnic pavilion and is part of an extensive park and trail system in Nevada Trails. The trail system, which is landscaped with native and drought-resistant trees and plants, is part of the Clark County master trail plan.

To visit Ashwood at Nevada Trails, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, drive one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right and follow the signs to the model park. Ashwood's sales center is open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday.
