Pardee Homes’ Riverstone offers homes starting at $169,950

Riverstone at Prescott Park by Pardee Homes, located at the northeast corner of Grand Teton Drive and San Mateo Street, north of Interstate 215 in North Las Vegas, features a collection of single- and two-story homes with three and four bedrooms that start in price from $169,950. The builder also has a limited number of move-in ready homes in the neighborhood.

It is priced at $227,700 and is move-in ready with the buyer to select flooring.
