Pardee Homes’ Riverstone offers move-in ready homes

If making a move is on your holiday wish list, Pardee Homes' Riverstone has three move-in ready homes that start in price from $222,100 for a four-bedroom, three-bath home.

Located at the northeast corner of Grand Teton Drive and San Mateo Street, north of the Las Vegas Beltway, Riverstone at Prescott Park in North Las Vegas is a collection of five floor plans that range from 1,996 to 2,980 square feet. Homes start in price from $174,450.

It is priced at $222,575.

Another move-in ready home is Riversone Plan 5-XA, which measures 2,980 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, bonus room, three-car garage, stainless steel kitchen appliances, designer interior paint, low-e windows, radiant barrier and buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced at $238,275.

Riverstone is the final neighborhood planned for Pardee Homes' Prescott Park master-planned community, which is centered around a 4.5-acre community park that features a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure. It is available exclusively to the community's residents and their guests.
