Pardee offers energy-efficient homes

Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart Homes Providence in northwestern Las Vegas features homes priced from the mid-$200,000s.

Some of the homes will be available occupancy by year’s end. The neighborhood is within Providence, a master-planned community.

LivingSmart Homes Providence is a collection of one- and two-story floor plans that range in size from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with great and bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and an outdoor room option. Prices start from $249,490.

Scheduled for December completion at LivingSmart Homes Providence is a Plan 3-B that measures 2,523 square feet and has four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. The home, priced at $302,140, includes a loft, stainless steel kitchen appliances, two-tone interior paint, covered patio, and buyer’s selection of flooring.

A Plan 4-B also is set for completion in December. It measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garage. The home, priced at $329,440, includes a den/office, bonus room, stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer, dryer and refrigerator, covered patio and buyer’s selection of flooring.

Pardee’s LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, company officials said.

LivingSmart provides more than 30 Earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers, they said.

Pardee also includes slab-granite kitchen countertops, radiant roof barrier, stainless steel appliances and birch cabinets as standard features at the neighborhood.

LivingSmart Homes Providence is off of the Las Vegas Beltway at Ann Road. Exit the beltway at Ann Road and travel west. Turn right onto Shaumber Road and follow to Centennial Parkway, and turn left. The entrance is on the right.

All Pardee Homes sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.
