Pardee offers new neighborhoods in southwestern Las Vegas Valley

Pardee Homes' collection of new-home neighborhoods in Southern Nevada includes four located in southwestern Las Vegas: Ashwood in the builder's Nevada Trails planned community; Rosetta and Serrano in Mountain's Edge and Trail Ridge at State Route 168 and Durango Road.

Priced from $293,950, homes at Ashwood range from 2,307 to 3,880 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and four baths in one- and two-story designs.

Ashwood is within walking distance to Nevada Trails Park, a 10-acre park with basketball and tennis courts, tot lot, playing fields, exercise track and picnic pavilion. The park was developed by Pardee in cooperation with the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department and is part of an extensive park and trail system in Nevada Trails.
