Pardee’s Eldorado releases phase

A new phase release is scheduled for today at Pardee Homes’ newly opened Eldorado Heights and LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge, both located in the builder’s Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

“For more than two decades, Pardee Homes has been building new-home communities in Eldorado and we’re proud to continue that tradition with exciting offerings at our Eldorado Heights and LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge neighborhoods,” said Pardee Homes regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

Pardee’s gated Eldorado Heights neighborhood features seven new floor plans that range from 2,385 to 4,241 square feet in one- and two-story designs with as many as seven bedrooms and as many as five baths. Floor plans include kitchen islands, game rooms and a four-car garage. Prices start from $271,450.

Eldorado Heights also features Pardee’s new GenSmart Suite concept that provides a private entrance and living area to accommodate multiple generations living together.

The gated LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge neighborhood features four floor plans that range from 1,849 square feet to 3,001 square feet with great and bonus rooms and as many as seven bedrooms. Prices start from $226,450.

Pardee also offers its optional 12-foot glider window package at the covered patio for select plans at both neighborhoods.

To reach LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge and Eldorado Heights, take the Las Vegas Beltway north to the Aliante Parkway exit. Travel south on Aliante to Deer Springs Road, turn left onto Deer Springs and travel east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right. The model homes and sales office are at 1788 Gentle Brook St.

Pardee’s LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to Tuvell.

He said LivingSmart provides more than 30 Earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-homebuyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers.

Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to
6 p.m. on Monday.
