Pardee’s Serrano neighborhood approaches completion
Only a few homes, including a select few that are move-in ready, remain at Pardee Homes Serrano neighborhood in Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community in southwest Las Vegas.
"The combination of prices from the low $200,000, floor plans with up to six bedrooms and a terrific Mountain's Edge location have all contributed to the success of Serrano," said Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.
Serrano's three floor plans include one single-story design and two two-story plans that range from 1,850 to 2,682 square feet with up to six bedrooms. Home sites average 4,675 square feet and prices start from $204,950.
Among the move-in ready homes is a Plan 3C, which measures 2,682 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, den/office and loft. Priced at $240,025, the home features stainless steel appliances, designer interior paint and buyer's selection of flooring.
Another move-in ready home is a Plan 3B, which measures 2,682 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den/office, loft and workshop. Priced at $245,296, the home has stainless steel kitchen appliances including side-by-side refrigerator.
Serrano also has a few homes scheduled for May completion, including a single-story Plan 1A that measures 1,850 square feet with three bedrooms, two, baths, den, two-car garage and is priced from $208,475 as well as a Plan 2B that measures 2,223 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, playroom, two-car garage and is priced from $221,950.
Pardee's LivingSmart homes in Serrano offer standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources.
Additionally, Serrano is part of Pardee's New Standard program, which features granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances are included as standard features.
Serrano Plan One is a single-story plan that measures 1,850 square feet with a three-car garage, three bedrooms and a den or optional fourth bedroom.
Plan Two at Serrano measures 2,223 square feet in a two-story design with up to six bedrooms, three baths, optional bonus room, two-car garage plus tandem garage or optional play room while Plan Three measures 2,682 square feet with up to six bedrooms and 3½ baths. It features a two-car garage plus workshop or optional third bay, den and loft.
To reach Serrano at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community.
