Parkside to open in November

The Parkside at Centennial Springs neighborhood has garnered much home-shopper interest during initial presales as builder Harmony Homes places the finishing touches on three new model homes in preparation for its November grand opening.

"People are buying homes at Parkside at Centennial Springs even before the models are open just based on the floor plans and site maps featured in our sales office," sales associate Ray Abraham said.

"Our initial buyers have been impressed by not only the home designs and included features, but also its Centennial Hills location in the northwestern valley and its overall value," Abraham said.
