Pulte Homes is offering as much as 3 percent in closing costs at three of its new Las Vegas Valley neighborhoods, according to company officials.

Pricing starts in the low $200,000s. In addition, each of the builder’s signature Life Tested homes has a 10-year limited warranty.

Priced from the high $200,000s, new homes at Summerlin’s Terraza Amado at The Mesa range from 2,110 to 2,575 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and 3½ baths. The neighborhood also has a private community pool and park.

A collection of four home designs is at Villa Trieste in Summerlin Centre. They are the only Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certified community in the valley range from 1,487 to 1,960 square feet and showcase as many as four bedrooms and 2½ baths. Pricing starts from the mid-$200,000s with a solar system included in the price of the home.

Buyers also can choose from six floor plans at Tierra Vista in Mountain’s Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern valley. They measure from 1,947 to 2,792 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 4½ baths. Pricing begins from the low $200,000s.
