Reader objects to aesthetic of new Summerlin Parkway cable barrier

Recently, my husband and I were taking Summerlin Parkway and noticed the new barriers installed for safety reasons. They are such an eyesore! They look like fencing used to keep livestock from roaming onto the highway. I spoke with friends, and they totally agree with me. The new barrier has spoiled the beauty of Summerlin Parkway.
