Rhodes Ranch homes offer variety of designs

Dunhill Homes' Rhodes Ranch, a master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley offers 12 floor plan designs, with many features and upgrades included in the price of the home.

"Most people want to find the best home they can get within their budget," said Dunhill Homes sales agent Taylor Smith. "At Rhodes Ranch, you get a great price per square foot, upgraded standard features and community amenities normally only seen in country clubs. It is unmatched in value and amenities."

Dunhill Homes recently opened 12 new floor plans at the master-planned community. Nine fully decorated models are open for tours daily.

Three series offer single-family homes that measure from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting at $184,990.

Features that are standard with the purchase of the home include gourmet cooking islands, granite countertops, beech wood cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances and Moen chrome faucets.

Most of the homes also include Dunhill Homes' oversized garages and signature valet, a place residents can sit and put their shoes on or take them off, store mail, hang keys, hang coats and store items they need when they arrive or depart their homes.

"Energy-efficiency enhancements are included in every home at Rhodes Ranch. These features will save you money every month," Smith said.

Every home at Rhodes Ranch is Energy Star certified and includes standard features like energy-efficient insulation, low-e vinyl windows, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace and a digital programmable thermostat.

Smith said the Monterey series has proven popular at Rhodes Ranch, with four plans that range from 1,532 to 2,229 square feet. The two-story homes include as many as four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garages.

Three homes in the Monterey series are shown as models: Plan 1751, Plan 1996 and Plan 2229, all named for their respective sizes.

"Plan 1996 includes three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths, master suite with separate, his-and-hers, walk-in closets, walk-in closet in one secondary bedroom, second-floor laundry room and two-car garage with bonus storage area," Smith said.

This home can also be built with three bedrooms and an upstairs game room, and optional fireplace and optional media niche.

Dunhill Homes' Plan 2229 in the Monterey series includes as many as four bedrooms, three baths, a walk-in closet in one secondary bedroom, an oversized master walk-in closet, the signature valet, second-floor laundry room and home office.

"Both homes include gourmet kitchens with gourmet cooking islands and oversized pantries," Smith said. "The kitchens are also open to the great rooms, so they are perfect for those who like to cook and entertain."

Rhodes Ranch residents also have access to many amenities.

"One of the reasons Rhodes Ranch is among the most popular new-home communities in Las Vegas is its multi-million dollar recreation center," Smith said.

The community's 35,000-square-foot recreation center includes social areas, billiards room, card rooms, library, fitness center, basketball courts, racquetball court and exercise room.

Outside, residents can swim in an expansive pool, relax in one of the spas, play tennis or enjoy the water park, which is open during the summer months and is the only one of its kind in Las Vegas master-planned communities.

"There is never a shortage of things to do in this community," Smith said. "You can meet your neighbors at the recreation center, on the award-winning golf course or just walking through the community enjoying the views."

The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, which winds around the community, is a par-72 course that envelops players in its lush tropical surroundings and was named a Best Value by Vegas Golfer magazine.

Dunhill Homes is developing two award-winning master-planned communities in Southern Nevada. Rhodes Ranch, located in southwestern Las Vegas and Tuscany Village in Henderson offer guard-gated communities with amenities.

Rhodes Ranch offers one- and two-story new homes ranging from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting in the mid-100,000s.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch Parkway then south on Sherwood Greens. Follow the signs to the sales office in The Majors, located at 223 Honors Course Drive.

The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. For more information, call 702-425-3152 or visit dunhillhomes.com.
