Ryland puts ‘Everything on the House’

The American dream is possible with Ryland Homes' All-American neighborhoods in Las Vegas. The builder's "Everything is on the House" promotion begins today and is available at all Ryland Las Vegas neighborhoods.

"This is one of the best promotions we have offered and is available at all of our Las Vegas communities," said Randy Char, vice president of sales for Ryland Homes.

The promotion includes a complete design center package, which includes stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, countertop and cabinet upgrades and window treatments.

"Depending on the home, the value of this package is up to $10,000," said Char. "It is a great way to get a home that is really ready for you to move in as soon as it is complete."

Ryland Homes is also offering special financing packages and covering closing costs on select homes.

Among the neighborhoods participating in the "Everything is on the House" promotion are the builder's Auburn and Bradford collections. The gated neighborhoods of one-, two- and three-story homes offer eight floor plans with prices starting in the mid-$100,000s. Residents of Providence enjoy outdoor living spaces, access to trails and a park system designed for exercise, sports and fun.

"We are taking the savings a step further at Auburn and Bradford with SIDs (improvement district fees) that are paid in full," said Charlie Muffley, sales counselor at the Auburn and Bradford neighborhoods. "They are the only two neighborhoods in Providence with SIDs paid in full. That is a $12,000 savings to every homeowner in both neighborhoods. It is a great savings in this beautiful master plan."

Bradford at Providence offers four floor plans ranging in size from 1,748 to 3,099 square feet. The homes include as many as four bedrooms and as many as three baths in single- and two-story designs.

Auburn is a gated neighborhood that offers four home designs ranging in size from 2,071 to 2,970 square feet with prices starting in the mid-$100,000s.

Bradford and Auburn are joined by two additional Ryland Home neighborhoods in Providence: Kensington and Windimere. The collections offer one- and two-story homes ranging in size from 1,608 to 3,230 with as many as six bedrooms.

The Providence master plan includes tree-lined boulevards that join landscapes in paseos and parks to visually reinforce the All-American theme .

Ryland Homes is currently selling new homes in 12 neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada with more scheduled to open soon.

Providence neighborhoods are open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and noon-6 p.m. Mondays. The sales office is located at 6640 Rego Park Court in Las Vegas.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway north or west and exit Ann Road heading west. Follow Ann Road toward the mountains until the road ends. Turn right on Schaumber Road to Barnacle Avenue and head left on Barnacle. Turn right just after the neighborhood gates to the sales office.
