Ryland to debut Providence residences

Two new neighborhoods, Verada View and Monticello by Ryland Homes, are opening in Providence, a master-planned community in northwestern Las Vegas. The neighborhoods are centrally located within the Americana-themed community and near its newest community park.

“Providence is a beautifully designed community with several parks, walking trails and open spaces for residents and their families to enjoy,” sales agent Shelly Strait said. “Now is the time to stop by our sales offices for special pregrand opening pricing on the new floor plans and home sites.”

The Monticello neighborhood is a collection of two-story homes that offer first-floor bedrooms, Wi-Fi lofts, walk-in closets and the builder’s signature rooftop decks. Four floor plans are available, ranging from 1,912 to 2,278 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and as many as three baths with two-car garages. Monticello residents will have views of mountain vistas and access to their own community pool and tot lot.

Monticello and Verada View residents will live near Providence’s Knickerbocker Park. This 15-acre park includes age-specific play areas for 2 to 5-year-olds and 5 to 12-year-olds, a swing set, dog park with small and large dog areas, splash pad, youth baseball field, multi-use events field, jogging path with exercise stations and picnic areas.

“Knickerbocker Park is one of many things that make Providence special, along with its attention to community design and its close proximity to several major employment and shopping centers and hospitals,” Strait said.

Ryland is planning the grand opening of Verada View at Providence this month. It offers two- and three-story homes ranging from 1,886 to 2,380 square feet with as many as four bedrooms, as many as three baths and two-car garages.

Options include rooftop decks, wet bars, private dual master suites, dual laundry rooms and morning bars in the master suites.

Verada View residents will also have access to their own community pool and gated entrance.

Ryland is opening several new communities throughout Southern Nevada this spring. Maravilla Vistas in Southwest Las Vegas opened in March and Zephyr Ridge in Henderson is scheduled for a grand opening in May.

Maravilla Vistas is in Mountain’s Edge, a southwest master-planned community, and offers two three-story and two two-story homes that range from 1,939 to 2,454 square feet. Homes with as many as four bedrooms and as many as three baths are available with prices starting in the $190,000s.

“All of the three-story homes at Maravilla Vistas come standard with a rooftop deck, loft and gourmet kitchen island along with the option for a beautiful rooftop fireplace,” sales agent Mara Glaser said.

Zephyr Ridge is at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road in Henderson. The community is close to parks and shopping and hiking and biking trails with scenic views of the Black Mountain range and Las Vegas Valley. One single-story and four two-story floor plans will be offered, ranging from 2,588 to 3,529 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and as many as three baths. The community’s unique single-story home includes 2,335 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, study and a three-car garage. Its optional grand casita includes a living room, bedroom, bath and wet bar.

Ryland is selling new homes throughout Southern Nevada with prices starting at $161,990. Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and noon to 6 p.m. Friday. For information, visit www.rylandvegas.com.
