Ryland to open Henderson neighborhood

This summer, Ryland Homes will debut a new collection in Henderson. Zephyr Ridge is being developed near Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road.

The collection, with models that can currently be viewed at Ryland’s Evergreen neighborhood, will include one single-story plan and four two-story plans that include Ryland’s signature rooftop deck option with 360-degree views of the mountains and Las Vegas Valley.

“Zephyr Ridge is the perfect place for those that love Ryland Homes and want to live in an elevated Henderson location,” said sales agent Rhonda Polk. “Those that enjoy outdoor recreation will have Reunion Trails Park close by and, of course, the area is known for phenomenal dining and shopping options.”

Just a few blocks from Zephyr Ridge, the 12-acre Reunion Trails Park includes a dog park, lighted basketball courts, playgrounds, covered picnic areas, splash pad, walking trails and open grass areas.

“It is a beautiful park and a perfect place to exercise and have fun with family and friends,” Polk said.

According to Polk, Ryland Homes’ 2,335-square-foot, single-story plan at Zephyr Ridge is one of its most flexible.

“This is a very versatile design with three bedrooms, a study or optional fourth bedroom, an open kitchen with a gourmet cooking island and walk-in pantry, dining room, great room and covered porch and patio,” she said. “The third garage space can be built as an optional fifth bedroom, game room or grand casita with a bedroom and full bath. This home can truly be customized to your lifestyle.”

Zephyr Ridge will offer four two-story floor plans ranging from 2,521 to 3,219 square feet. The homes can be built with as many as six bedrooms and as many as three baths with three car garages.

The modern plans offer features like dual master suites, tech areas and walk-in pantries, as well as oversized garages. Each plan is available with Ryland’s signature rooftop deck option.

“These are some of our most popular designs, with models available for preview at Ryland at Evergreen in the Mountain’s Edge master plan,” Polk said.

Among the two-story plans is the 3,219-square-foot Landcaster plan. This home includes four bedrooms, four baths, an oversize bonus room, Wi-Fi lounge, first-floor master bedroom, great and dining rooms and kitchen with butler’s pantry and cooking island.

“And like all two-story homes at Zephyr Ridge, the Landcaster is available with Ryland’s signature rooftop deck option,” she said. “They will be newly designed decks that include 360-degree views of the mountains and Las Vegas Valley. It will be the best place in town for stunning views you can enjoy from the comfort of home.”

In addition to panoramic views and Ryland’s award-winning home designs, Zephyr Ridge will offer pool-sized home sites.

“The standard home site in the neighborhood is 110 feet deep, with some available up to 140 feet deep,” Polk said. “Stop by our Evergreen community to check out our available sites, which include several cul de sac and corner options.”
