Ryland unveils new neighborhood

Today from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Ryland Homes is hosting a grand opening celebration at its newest Las Vegas neighborhood. Ryland at X-It is located in the heart of southwest Las Vegas near Tropicana Avenue and the 215 Beltway.

Home shoppers will have the opportunity to tour brand new model homes as well as X-It’s clubhouse, pool and fitness center at today’s event.

“This is a very unique and modern collection of three-story condominiums,” said Katrina Champeaux, sales counselor at X-It. “Every home includes Ryland’s signature rooftop deck and offers a minimum of 1,761 square feet of living space for under $200,000.”

Ryland’s X-It neighborhood is one of several the builder is opening this spring. It plans to open two collections in Henderson later this summer.
