Shea at Ardiente homes highlight resort living

Shea Homes at Ardiente, an age-qualified resort-style community, has a few Trilogy designer homes left this year.

“As part of the J.F. Shea family of companies, our legacy of helping build historic landmarks, like the Golden Gate Bridge and the Hoover Dam, means our homebuyers are able to rest assured with the superior design, functionality and construction quality of homes built at Ardiente,” said Kyle Tibbitts, Ardiente community manager.

The 1,437-square-foot St. Tropez opens its doors to a foyer that provides views to the great room, dining area and kitchen with a radius island. This home, with two bedrooms and two baths, has a guest wing for privacy and a master suite with an extra-large walk-in closet.

The Florence measures 1,661 square feet and has an open kitchen connected to the great room and a dining nook. For overnight guests, the guest bedroom is away from the master at the front of the house for privacy.

The Venice plan offers 1,741 square feet of living space and has a kitchen with a sit-down bar that opens into a great room and dining area, next to an office and patio with doors that open to let moonlight in or the party out. The two-bedroom and two-bath home provides separate accommodations for guests and the master suite.

“Ardiente goes beyond the brick-and-mortar of home construction to push the envelope of what’s possible,” Tibbitts said. “Ardiente is the only community that offers energy-efficient, SheaXero No Electric Bill Homes as a standard in the base price. These world-class homes eliminate monthly electric bills and save homeowners up to $3,000 a year.”

Energy-efficient features, include Whirlpool Energy Star appliances, Trane energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, low-E3 vinyl windows, cathedralized attic insulation and blown-in insulation. The 1,000 SheaXero homes sold will save 84.8 million pounds of carbon dioxide during the next decade, equivalent to taking 8,000 cars off the road or planting more than 720,000 trees, Tibbitts said.

The Ardiente gated community also has a private 20,000-square-foot clubhouse featuring two resort-style pools, fitness center, group exercise studio and access to miles of walking trails.
