Solamar features single-story homes

Solamar neighborhood at Vista Verde in northwestern Las Vegas offers two single-story floor plan designs.

"The combination of a single-story home on a spacious home site is increasingly rare in this market and is one of the reasons why the single-story plans at Solamar have proven popular among new-home buyers," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

The single-story Plan One measures 2,491 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, formal dining room, three-car tandem garage and optional fourth bedroom or den in lieu of the dining room. Plan One is priced at $270,950.

Solamar Plan Two is also a single-story home that measures 3,000 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den, playroom and three-car garage. The home can be built with an optional fourth bedroom or theater, in lieu of the den or with an optional second master bedroom and bath in lieu of the den and playroom. Plan Two is priced from $296,450.

"Solamar's floor plans can accommodate a wide range of attractive options including a home theater, playroom, billards room, library, hobby room and up to six bedrooms," Tuvell said. "For example, the newly added Plan Five measures approximately 3,959 square feet with six bedrooms, four baths, great room, dining room, loft, library and three-bay garage."

Solamar features the builder's LivingSmart brand that offers standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to Tuvell.

Solamar is also part of Pardee Homes' New Standard program with granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances included in the price of the home.

Located in Centennial Hills, Vista Verde is close to Mt. Charleston and Lee Canyon, as well as to Silver Stone Golf Club, Mountain Ridge Park, Las Vegas' Extreme Sports Park and Centennial Hills Hospital, as well as new retail stores and schools of all levels.

To visit Solamar from U.S. Highway 95 North, exit to the Las Vegas Beltway west. Exit Durango Drive and turn right. Turn left on Deer Springs Way, right on Grand Canyon Drive, then right on Bay Ledge Street to the models.
