Summerlin’s Paseos village presents Capistrano by Ryland

Hidden rooftop decks, courtyard pools, an inverted floor plan and large accordion-style sliding glass doors that merge indoor/outdoor living spaces are just a few of the architectural elements at Capistrano by Ryland Homes. Located in The Paseos village, Capistrano offers four floor plans.

These home designs are enhanced by energy-saving building elements. Solar-ready options are also available. Homes start in the low $400,000s.

The Paseos village is north of West Charleston Boulevard and west of the 215 Beltway.

The area includes easy access to grocery stores, neighborhood services and the 12.5-acre Paseos Park. Capistrano is near Downtown Summerlin, with a 106-acre fashion, dining and entertainment regional retail center opening Oct. 9.
