Team Ford Lincoln captures Partners in Quality Award

Ford Motor Co. and Ford Credit congratulate Team Ford Lincoln for being selected as a recipient of this year's Partners in Quality Award.

It was the seventh time the dealership received the honor.

Ford and Ford Motor Credit dignitaries were out in force to give the award to Team Ford Lincoln President Steve Olliges.

"All of you, the Team Ford Lincoln employees, won this award for us. When we win an award of this magnitude, we say, 'Now that was a Team Ford Lincoln effort' - and it was," Olliges said.

The Partners in Quality Award is Ford Credit's most prestigious honor and marks a pinnacle for a select group of dealers achieving only the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty to Ford Credit.

Since 1993 Partners in Quality has become one of the most highly regarded dealer recognition programs.

"As Steve said, this was a total Team effort," said LeAnna Cowan, finance manager for Team Ford Lincoln. "Everyone had a part in making this award possible."

Team Ford Lincoln has a dominant market share of Southern Nevada Ford Credit contracts.

Out of the top dealers around the country that won the award, only a handful were west of the Mississippi, and Team Ford Lincoln was one of those dealerships.

Team Ford Lincoln is at U.S. Highway 95 and Ann Road at 5445 Drexel Road.

Team Ford Lincoln has been the No. 1 selling Ford dealership in total retail sales for four year in a row.
