The Martin throws a party

The Martin, a luxury condominium high-rise, will hold The Martin Redux Event 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday to show off its $3 million redesign and Effortless Ownership Program. RSVP to Michelle@TheMartin.com.

 The event will feature a champagne reception, guest appearances by local elected officials and tours of the furnished model homes and amenity collection.

In addition, visitors can indulge in the new Effortless Ownership Program services, including complimentary cocktails in the newly completed library lounge, a poolside barbecue, Zumba sessions with a personal trainer and an introduction to the on-site concierge.

Guests can take in The Martin's newly redesigned features, including signature decor by the visionary team behind the world-renowned resorts, Viceroy Santa Monica and Viceroy Anguilla.

Highlights include a completely redesigned porte cochère, lobby, library lounge, garden lounge, spa, steam room, fully renovated pool with semiprivate cabanas, a fitness and yoga studio, business center and dramatic entry lobby.

Attendees also will have the opportunity to tour the signature residences.

Available floor plans range from 1,035 to 1,962 square feet in 374 one- and two-bedroom layouts.

Each has been created to capture dramatic views of the Strip.

The interiors also are adorned with designer appliances, warm woods and natural stones that provide a contemporary, yet comfortable setting.  

 The Martin is now selling residences priced from the $200,000s to more than $1.5 million, and penthouses priced from $1.3 to $7 million.

Fully furnished turnkey homes are also available.

 The Martin sales gallery is at 4471 Dean Martin Drive. It is open daily from 11 a.m.-6 p.m..
