The Mesa village in Summerlin offers amenities, water park

The Mesa, Summerlin’s southernmost village, is adding a unique style to the master-planned community.

Nestled at the base of the Spring Mountain range, this 500-acre desert contemporary inspired village is home to seven actively selling neighborhoods with dozens of floor plans ranging from 1,450 to 3,050 square feet and priced from $227,950 to $383,950.

Amado Ridge, also by Richmond American, is nearly sold out and offers four floor plans ranging from 1,450 to 2,500 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s.
