Summerlin will soon welcome the The Shops at Summerlin. Representatives from Howard Hughes Corp., developer of the master plan and The Shops at Summerlin, announced several retailers that will be in the shopping mall. The regional retail and entertainment center is expected to open this fall.
Leading the list are Michael Kors, True Religion, Sephora and Victoria’s Secret. Other new tenants will be American Eagle, The Art of Shaving, Bath &Body Works, Buckle, Clarks, Everything But Water, It’Sugar, Old Navy, Pandora, Resto Lounge, Sur La Table, Teavana and Ulta.
These retailers join previously announced Nordstrom Rack and anchor tenants Dillard’s and Macy’s.
“We are excited to bring popular national and international brands we all know and love to this region of the valley,” said Kevin Orrock, president of Summerlin. “No longer will residents in the north and west be forced to drive to the Strip for a selection of quality shopping and dining options. This regional retail center, with convenient access from all parts in the valley via the 215 Beltway, is destined to become the place on the west side of the Las Vegas Valley for entertainment and to shop, dine and work.”
Located just east of the Beltway, adjacent to Red Rock Resort, The Shops at Summerlin is part of a planned urban center under development as downtown Summerlin. When complete it will be home to more than 125 shops, restaurants, and entertainment, office, hotel and multifamily residential developments designed to create a walkable urban core within the 22,500-acre master-planned community.
Currently at Summerlin, 10 homebuilders are offering 50 different floor plans in five villages with homes priced from the $200,000s to more than $2.5 million. For more, visit www.summerlin.com or download the free new-home finding app by searching “Summerlin” in your app store.
