Toll Brothers to hold grand opening at Inspirada today

Toll Brothers will hold its grand opening today of six new decorated models at Inspirada, a master-planned community in Henderson. Buyers can view two single-family homes and four townhomes. According to Gary Mayo, group president, with prices starting in the upper $100,000s, purchasing a new home could be cheaper than renting.

According to Mayo, the grand opening event will offer prospective homebuyers a combination of opportunities for financial incentives including new mortgage rates on select new homes. Mortgage rates are at historically low rates and TBI Mortgage Inc., a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, is offering a selection of mortgage programs, including new adjustable rate mortgages.
