Woman bit off part of boyfriend’s chin during fight, police say

JACKSON, Wyo. — A Wyoming woman faces a felony aggravated assault charge after police say she bit off part of her boyfriend’s chin during an argument.

Lola Lauren Brush of Jackson was arrested Dec. 6 on suspicion of domestic battery. Court officials said Monday she was released on $7,500 bond.

According to the Jackson Hole News and Guide, police say the woman bit part of her boyfriend’s chin off and beat the 30-year-old man with a wooden baseball bat and two snow shovels during an argument.

Jackson police Lt. Cole Nethercott said Monday doctors were unable to reattach the man’s chin, and he now must undergo plastic surgery.

An attorney for Brush did not return a phone call seeking comment.
