Parking structure lease worth $26.32 million

▶ The Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education leased the parking structure at 4700 S. Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. The UNLV police will be located there. The transaction value was $26,320,080. Frank Marretti of Colliers International represented the lessor, New Town MD LLC.

Significant sales

▶ GWP Development LLC purchased the approximately 57,000-square-foot retail property at 2555 E. Tropicana Ave. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $2,500,000. Frank Marretti of Colliers International represented the seller, 2555 Tropicana Avenue LLC.

▶ ELSSS LLC bought the 8,426-square-foot medical office property at 9120 W. Russell Road in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $1,500,000. Bridget Richards of Colliers International represented the seller, CML-NV Cauldron LLC. Jason Lesley of Colliers International, represented the buyer.

▶ 2020 Exhibits Inc. leased the approximately 12,000-square-foot industrial property at 1051 Mary Crest Drive, Suite H in Henderson. Greg Pancirov and Mike De Lew of Colliers International represented the lessor, DCT Commercial Properties LLC.

▶ Zero One Odyssey LLC leased the 8,489-square-foot industrial property at 7340 Eastgate Road, Suites 140 to 150 in Henderson. Greg Pancirov and Mike De Lew of Colliers International represented the lessee.

▶ Driggs Title Agency Inc. leased the 9,467-square-foot office property at 7900 W. Sahara Ave., Suite 100, in Las Vegas. Taber Thill, Ryan Martin and Patti Dillon of Colliers International represented the lessee.

▶ CEVA Freight LLC leased the 16,362-square-foot industrial property at 6275 S. Pearl St., Suites 1200 to 1400, in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane, and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, KTR LV IV LLC.

▶ Best Mattress Inc. leased the approximately 3,240-square-foot retail property is located at 7161 S. Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas. David Grant of Colliers International represented the lessor, L.D. Warm Springs LLC.

▶Platinum Motor Cars LLC leased the approximately 2,631-square-foot industrial property at 5565 S. Decatur Blvd., Suite 104, in Las Vegas. Greg Pancirov and Mike De Lew of Colliers International represented the lessor, WesTech Business Center I.
