This is not just any kitchen, it's an Asian Fusion kitchen and grill with an emphasis on Japanese favorites. Fusion cuisine is cuisine that combines elements of different culinary traditions, and Asian fusion has become quite popular here. Hibachi steak entrees served with ginger sauce are chicken, shrimp, salmon, tilapia and veggie tofu. Featured noodle dishes are chicken or beef curry noodle bowls, spicy shrimp or salmon yaki udon, chicken, shrimp or beef yakisoba, and beef or chicken yaki udon. The most popular salad is Bee Gee chicken with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, red onions and steamed chicken. Several soups are miso, chicken or beef udon noodle and shrimp tempura udon. Among the teriyaki bowls are chicken, veggie tofu, salmon, beef and shrimp. There are appetizers (baked mussels, sautéed shrimp and mushrooms, fried calamari, shrimp tempura, edamame) and drinks, including flavored green teas, milk shakes (almond, coffee, coconut, strawberry), yogurt, milk tea and icy slushies such as peach, honeydew, green apple and mango.
