South Point begins Great Pumpkin Pick promotion

Beginning Wednesday, you can begin earning entries for one of our favorite annual promotions -- South Point's "$200,000 Great Pumpkin Pick!" Club members receive two (virtual) entries every day when they swipe their card at a kiosk, and can earn one additional entry for every hour they play using their Club card. Bingo players also receive two tickets for every bingo session purchased. Every Tuesday in October at 8:15 p.m. the casino will draw 15 winners, each of whom will get to select a pumpkin containing from $2,500 to $10,000.

Cannery C.A.N. Club members earning 999 same-day points ($333 coin-in on slots, $500 coin-in on video poker -- no point redemption required) on Monday receive a long-sleeve polo shirt. Those earning 649 same-day points Saturday or Tuesday can choose an envelope containing up to $1,000 cash. Through Oct. 31 all new C.A.N. Club members receive $20 in free slot play.

On Sunday, Club Rampart members earning 450 same-day points ($900 coin-in on slots, $1,800 coin-in on video poker -- no point redemption required) receive a kitchen scale, clock and timer. Those earning 100 same-day points on Tuesday receive a mystery gift (from the casino's surplus inventory).

The Tropicana "Winners Club" is offering double cashback through Oct. 23 based on play on all tracked slot games including video poker. There is no blackout dates and no limit to the amount players can earned. Players can redeem their cashback anytime they like -- as long as they have at least $5 accrued. Please realize, however, before you play that this is one of the few players clubs in Las Vegas that does not use a coin-in based point formula, so you do not know exactly how much this promotion is worth.

Throughout October, the El Cortez is giving away a lined fall jacket to all players hitting a $200+ jackpot on slots or a $300+ jackpot on video poker. As always, jackpot winners may also choose a $10 gas or gift card in lieu of the jacket.
