Terrible's marks anniversary with specials; Gold Coast has cash wheel


Terrible's is celebrating its ninth anniversary on Sunday with free cake and champagne (4-7 p.m.), hourly $99 hot seat drawings (5:09 p.m.-8:59 p.m.), a nine-winner $99 hot seat drawing at 9 p.m., and everyone earning 90 base points ($90 coin-in; no point redemption required) will receive a ninth anniversary T-shirt.

All Gold Coast play in December counts toward earned entries in the Winter Wheel of Cash drawings at 8:15 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. Dec. 19 and 26. The casino will draw the names of five winners who can win up to $5,000. Players earn double entries on Fridays and must be present at the drawings to win.

M Resort players earning 500 same-day points ($500 coin-in; no point redemption required) today, Wednesday or Dec. 16 or 20 will receive a bottle of wine. Those earning 500 same-day points on Sunday earn a holiday platter and those earning 500 points on Dec. 13 get a commemorative T-shirt. There are additional same-day point giveaways on Dec. 13, 17, 18, 23 and 27, plus a champagne finale for those who earn 500 same-day points on Dec. 30.

You can win Coca-Cola plush toys every day at both Eldorado and Jokers Wild from Monday through Dec. 24. Players receive one toy for every 500 points earned ($500 coin-in; no point redemption required) up to a maximum of four plush toys per day. Players hitting $500-plus jackpots will receive the Signature Coca-Cola Polar Bear.

Orleans players earning 750 same-day base-points ($750-$1,500 coin-in; no point redemption required) on any day through Thursday will receive a free denim shirt.

Tickets are on sale now for South Point's $25,000 Guaranteed New Year's Eve Bingo. Doors open at 8 p.m., and bingo begins at 9:30 p.m. This event usually sells out well in advance, so pick up your tickets soon.
