BURGER KING TO OFFER COUPONS TO COWABUNGA BAY

Burger King plans to offer coupons for tickets to Cowabunga Bay Water Park, 900 W. Galleria Drive, through June 30.

Guest are set to save $7 on general admission and $5 on youth admission with coupons from participating restaurant locations in the Las Vegas Valley.

The water park is scheduled to donate 70 cents from each coupon used to the Burger King McLamore Foundation, which awards scholarships to area students.

POLICE ASSOCIATION SEEKS DONATIONS

The Henderson Police Officers Association Charitable Foundation is seeking donations for its annual safety outreach campaigns, charitable initiatives and community programs.

Some events supported by the donations include Cross with a Cop Week, S.A.F.E. House’s annual Run for Shelter 5K and Shop with a Cop.

BIKE HENDERSON PROGRAM PLANNED JULY THROUGH SEPTEMBER

The city of Henderson plans its Bike Henderson program from July 1 to Sept. 30.

Teens and adults 15 or older who cycle 250 miles and children 5 to 14 who cycle 50 miles within the three months are scheduled to receive a T-shirt. Participants can register online or by visiting any Henderson recreation center.
