The Ramakrishna-Vedanta Center, 10732 Balsam Creek Road, will have a lecture on “Teachings of Sri Ramakrishna” by Swami Atmavidyananda, arati, singing and meditation beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday. A potluck will follow (702-646-4889).

Reformation Lutheran Church, 580 E. St. Louis Ave., will offer weekly Wednesday Lenten services with a study of Eric Burtness’ “Book of Faith Lenten Journey: Beyond Question” beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday. A light supper will be served at 5:30 p.m. (702-732-2052).

Grace Presbyterian Church, 1515 W. Charleston Blvd., will host the Presbyterian Women’s annual rummage sale from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to noon March 15. Proceeds from the event will help support mission projects (702-384-4554).

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Las Vegas will have an indoor and outdoor rummage sale, featuring furniture, household items and other items, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 15 at 3616 E. Lake Mead Blvd. (702-395-6992).

Young Israel Aish Las Vegas will celebrate its 18th anniversary with “Reach for the Stars Dinner Gala and Concert” at 5:30 p.m. March 30 at South Point, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The event will feature an awards presentation to Jewish composer and musician Sam Glaser, and to Young Israel Aish Las Vegas leaders Hadassa and Jay Lefkowitz. For reservations, call 702-360-8909.
