Tyra Bank's showgirl debut was right up there with some legendary catwalk catastrophes.
With her talk-show camera crews filming every shaky step, Banks got tripped up twice during Saturday's opening number of "Jubilee!" the long-running topless revue at Bally's.

One of my eye spies tells me the supermodel got off on the wrong foot immediately: Her exotic head piece fell off, and she lost her balance while trying to catch it.
"She managed to get across the stage but tripped at the other side," said my spy.
Banks was able to catch herself each time and never fell onto the stage.
Banks, a Victoria's Secret model and Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover girl, wore a rhinestone bra and G string for the taping for "The Tyra Banks Show."
NIGHTCLUB SHAKEUP
A major management shakeup in MGM Mirage's nightclub ranks was announced Tuesday.
The gaming giant, in a release, said Mike Milner, executive director of nightlife, and Candace Carrell, director of nightlife, "are no longer with the company."
It was also learned that Natalia Badzjo, director of operations for MGM Grand's Studio 54, resigned this week and a fourth manager is out as well.
At issue, I'm told, is a New Year's Eve incident that created trickle-down repercussions.
The announcement came a day before the MGM Grand's VIP unveiling of Studio 54's VIP room renovation and amid rumors that the MGM Grand is considering an outside management group to operate the club.
Taking over as acting director of nightlife is Barry Morgan, MGM Grand's entertainment director. He will work with management teams for Studio 54, Tabu Ultra Lounge and Teatro Euro Bar, according to the news release.
"The Las Vegas nightclub scene is very competitive and ever changing. Sometimes, even with the best efforts of dedicated people, changes are made," said Todd Dougall, MGM Grand's vice president of entertainment, said in the release.
Milner had spent 12 years with the company, Carrell eight and Badzjo three.

Lewis, who turns 80 March 26, is booked at the Orleans July 13 16. His weight gain was because of the steroid prednisone that he was on for about two years. Tickets go on sale in April.

"The (Miss America) budget was not as big as in previous years. Like last year the winner got a check for $50,000. This year Miss Oklahoma got some flowers and a $200 gift certificate from the Sizzler." -- Jay Leno
