Arizona man dies after being shot in chest

KINGMAN, Ariz. — A man died Saturday in Fort Mohave after being shot in the chest, Mohave County Sheriff Tom Sheahan said.

Joseph Raymond Farmer, 37, of Mohave Valley, was driving his Toyota pickup truck in the 5100 block of Pasadena Road when he stopped and approached the driver of a white Ford F-150 pickup truck, sheriff’s office spokeswoman Trish Carter said. Shortly after, Farmer was transported to Valley View Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Deputies responded to the center about 2:48 p.m.

The sheriff’s office is looking for the driver of the Ford F-150 for questioning.
