Woman indicted in plot to kill husband

A Las Vegas woman was indicted Wednesday on one count of solicitation to commit murder.

According to the indictment, Leslie Zdehovan solicited someone identified only as “C. Hall” on Aug. 28 to murder Edwin Garcia.

Police have said Zdehovan, also known as Leslie Lachance, was arrested after she tried to hire two hit men, including a Las Vegas police officer, on separate occasions to kill her husband.

The 48-year-old woman is being held at the Clark County Detention Center under the name Lachance. Jail records indicate she was arrested Aug. 29.
