Coroner identifies man who died in Sunday rollover accident

The Las Vegas man who died in a single rollover accident Sunday morning on the 215 Beltway has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.

Stephen Diumenti, 24, was southbound on the Beltway near Sahara Avenue about 2:30 a.m. when the SUV he was driving went off the roadway and rolled, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.

He was taken to University Medical Center where he later died.

NHP troopers say that speed and alcohol may have been a factor in the accident. There were no other occupants in the SUV.
