Arizona accident victim identified

KINGMAN, Ariz. — A woman killed in a single-vehicle traffic accident in Kingman was identified Thursday as 27-year-old Sylvia Nicole Sutterfield.

Mohave County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Trish Carter said she died at University Medical Center in Las Vegas on Monday.

Sutterfield was critically injured when the vehicle she was driving left the roadway at 6:31 a.m. Sunday and struck a utility pole in the area of Patsy Drive and John L Avenue.

Carter said the vehicle was traveling at a slow speed and that Sutterfield was not wearing a seat belt.
