Local police on Friday are asking for the public’s help in locating a Laughlin man who has been missing since Thursday evening.

Daniel Cabrillo was last seen about 6 p.m. Thursday near the Aquarius Hotel in the 1900 block of South Casino Drive, Metro said. Cabrillo, 80, is described as a Hispanic male, about 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing about 165 pounds.

Police said he was last seen wearing a small straw type hat, red and gray shirt and brown pants with suspenders. He might be in severe emotional distress and in need of medical assistance.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts are encouraged to contact Metro at 702-828-3111 or the missing persons detail during business hours at 702-828-2709.
