Reed Whipple Center in Downtown Las Vegas has been recommended for closure due to City of Las Vegas revenue shortfalls. Youth and seniors used the facility Thursday, March 4, 2010. Supporters attended a town hall meeting at Charleston Heights Arts Center to argue against closure.
