Dolce by the Lakes, a condominium development located in the west, touts its Unwrap Your New Home for the Holiday sales event.
According to sales agent Pauline Knowles, "all standing inventory carries price reductions. The selections are fully upgraded and start at $129,900 for the Acqua condominium home, a one-bedroom, one-bath model with living and dining rooms and kitchen in its 704 square feet of living space."
The Capri unit starts at $159,900, and offers two bedrooms with two baths in 1,016 square feet.
The open-design model features a kitchen leading to the dining room, which transitions to the living room. The living room opens onto the balcony.
The Solare is 1,154 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. The floor plan, which starts at $179,900, offers open living and dining rooms.
The premium package includes new carpet; faux hardwood flooring; Frigidaire stainless-steel kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, flat-top stove, microwave, dishwasher; granite countertops in kitchen and bath; maple cabinetry; 41/2-inch baseboards; raised-panel doors; ceiling fan in master bedroom; plumbing fixtures and electronic thermostat.
"Our seller's incentives include 3 percent of the total sales price with preferred lenders which can be used to pay closing costs, buy-down the mortgage interest rate or prepay homeowners' association dues," Knowles said. "In real dollars, the incentives could range from $4,897 to $5,397 at these prices."
Buyers can move in with a 1 percent of purchase price earnest money deposit, according to Knowles. For 30-day purchases, the developer will throw in the first year's homeowners association dues up to $1,788, Knowles said.
The condominium complex is located at 2750 S. Durango Drive, between Sahara Avenue and Desert Inn Road. To visit, from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit Sahara heading east and turn left on Durango.
