Gorman said the builder is offering financial incentives of 6 percent of the home's base price toward options or closing costs through its preferred lender.

Residence 3876 features four bedrooms, 3½ baths, a gourmet kitchen, great room, dining room as well as a dining nook, home office and three-car garage in 3,876 square feet.

Design options include a casita, wine room and covered patio. The home is priced from $425,990.

The largest floor plan, at 4,900 square feet, is Residence 4900, with three bedrooms, a home office, 3½ baths and four-car garage.

Priced from $508,990, this single-story home features a great room with 18-foot ceilings, a formal dining room and courtyard entrance.

Design options include a secondary laundry room within the master suite, a three-car garage plus casita in lieu of a four-car garage and a wine room.

According to Gorman, buyers have also been impressed by the gated neighborhood's southwestern valley location.

"Canyon Falls is a stunning gated community in a fabulous southwestern valley location adjacent to the beautiful Mountain's Edge master-planned community. This neighborhood has no SIDS and LIDS (improvement district fees), and our HOA (homeowners association) fee is really minimal for such a luxurious home at only $60 a month," Gorman said.
