Interior design work commences on units within Trump Hotel & Towers

Designers at Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas are bringing Trump style to Las Vegas. From architectural finishes in the lobby to each of the 1,282 units, interior designs are taking shape in the first of two Trump Las Vegas hotel condominium towers.

"Everything but the furniture is being installed in the units," said Dean Singer, principal of Design 360 Unlimited, Trump Las Vegas' interior design firm. "The carpeting, wallpaper and all other architectural finishes are being placed. The furniture is on its way and very soon we'll be installing it in all the rooms."

Features in each unit at Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas include floor-to-ceiling windows, European-style kitchens with granite countertops, Breccia Oniciata Italian marble floors in the entries and baths, custom-designed vanities with marble countertops, spa tubs in master baths, owner's lockout closets and TV mirrors.

As the units are being completed, designers and their teams will layer interior finishes in the lobby, beginning with the installation of rubbed gold-leaf crown molding. According to Megan McFarland, Singer's partner at Design 360 Unlimited, Trump Las Vegas' lobby will set the stage for an unforgettable experience.

"Guests will see sinuous and sexy lines from the '30s mixed with modern classic sophistication. In a word, it is glamorous," McFarland said. "From the moment they walk in the lobby, they will be transported to a place unlike any they have ever seen in Las Vegas."

Adding to the unique identity of the Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas is Donald Trump himself, who met with designers in the midst of a recent event to celebrate the completion of the first tower's concrete construction.

"We had an impromptu meeting in a crowd of hundreds of people and discussed our vision for the finishes in the lobby," Singer said. "He has a genuine interest in his Las Vegas towers, giving us the freedom to create a subtle, classic style with a little bit of Las Vegas panache and attitude."

Tower I at Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas is expected to open in early 2008 and will feature a signature restaurant featuring fine and casual dining; Trump Spa and Salon; business center with meeting facilities and a heated outdoor pool with sundeck and bar.

All guests and residents of Trump Las Vegas will have access to 24-hour concierge, white-gloved doormen and valet parking services.

Prices for hotel condominium units at Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas range from the $700,000s to $7 million. For more information call 877-878-6711 or visit trumplv.com.
