Pardee Homes’ Las Vegas Division wins awards

Pardee Homes’ Las Vegas Division received four Silver Nugget Awards from the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association.

The longtime homebuilder received a Silver Nugget Award for Best Kitchen 200 Square Feet and Under for Eldorado Heights Plan 1. Shannon Marler and Aime Sibley, Pardee Homes Internet Sales Division, were recognized as Sales Team of the Year.

Pardee Homes Construction Superintendent Dennis Shavor was named Construction Superintendent of the Year, and Pardee Homes Kathy Hilty was honored as Marketing Director of the Year.

“Pardee Homes is proud to have excellent products and excellent people and these Silver Nugget Awards are a reflection of our commitment to both,” division President Klif Andrews said.

Plan 1 at Eldorado Heights is a 2,385-square-foot, single-story plan that features a great room design where the kitchen is the focal point and hub of the home. Eldorado Heights, located in Pardee Homes’ Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas, features seven floor plans and homes priced from the low $300,000s.

Marler and Sibley helped more than 100 families find their new Pardee home in 2013, striving to find the right community and floor plan for each while also providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Shavor, who has 30 years of experience in the construction field including a decade at Pardee Homes, was recognized for his commitment to maintaining the highest levels of industry standards and services and for his dedication to his profession and community.

Hilty, a certified green professional by the National Association of Home Builders, has opened dozens of new neighborhoods and sales centers in the Las Vegas Valley in her 13 years with Pardee, and more than 150 in her 20-year career in the homebuilding industry.

She has also established a strong traditional and social media presence for Pardee.

Pardee Homes was also a finalist in five other Silver Nugget categories, including Best Single Family Detached Homes 3,001 to 3,700 square feet for Durango Trail Silverton Plan; Best Website for www.pardeehomes.com; Jim Rampa was a finalist for Customer Service Representative of the Year; Eldorado Heights Plan 3 was a finalist for Best Multi-Generational Home; and Pardee Homes was a finalist for Green Builder of the Year.

All Pardee Homes sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.
